How do I book an at-home grooming session?

Choose a package on our packages page, share your city and preferred date, and our team confirms an available slot. You can also message us on WhatsApp for help.

Do I need to bring my pet anywhere?

No. All Tails is a doorstep pet grooming service. Our groomer visits your home at the booked slot.

How long is a grooming session?

Sessions typically range from 60 to 120 minutes depending on the package, coat condition, and your pet's comfort level.

Packages and pricing

What is included in a full pet grooming session?

A full grooming session may include bath, blow dry, brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, hygiene trimming, paw care, and haircut or styling depending on the package selected.

Which package should I choose for my dog?

Essential Care is a bath-only upkeep package. Signature Care adds hygiene trimming and is our most-booked. Complete Pampering includes a full-body haircut and styling.

At-home grooming safety

Is at-home grooming safe for anxious pets?

At-home grooming can be more comfortable for many anxious pets because they stay in a familiar environment. Our groomers use calm handling, short pauses when needed, and pet-safe products during the session.

Do you handle senior or first-time pets?

Yes. Please share any health notes or sensitivities while booking so the groomer can plan accordingly.

Products and hygiene

What products do groomers use?

Our groomers carry shampoos, conditioners, and finishing products selected for everyday pet skin and coat care. Tools are sanitised between sessions.

Payments and cancellations

What payment options are available?

You can pay online when confirming the booking, or choose to pay after the grooming session is complete. Online prepayment helps secure your slot instantly.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Please refer to our cancellation policy or message us on WhatsApp for help with rescheduling.

Which cities does All Tails serve?

All Tails currently serves selected areas across Delhi, Gurgaon/Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Kharar, Ludhiana, and Patiala.

Common concerns before booking

Can I stay in the room while my pet is being groomed?

Yes — and for first-time pets or anxious animals we recommend it. Your presence helps your pet stay calm. The groomer will guide you on whether to hold your pet gently or step back a couple of steps so your pet doesn't try to jump to you mid-session. Either way, you're welcome to stay close.

What if my pet doesn't cooperate or gets stressed?

We pause, let your pet settle, and resume in sections. Sessions for anxious pets naturally take a bit longer, and that's fine — we don't rush. If your pet is consistently very stressed, we'll advise shorter sessions across two visits rather than forcing it in one. We've never damaged a coat by being patient.

Is my exact area or colony covered?

Check the city pages for a list of commonly served areas. If your colony or sector isn't listed, WhatsApp us — we frequently have a groomer routing nearby and can often fit you in the same run. Coverage expands weekly as we add groomers in each city.

What exactly is a hygiene haircut?

A hygiene haircut trims hair in three specific zones: around the face (eyes, ears, muzzle), around the paws (between the pads and around the nails), and the sanitary area (rear and genitals). It's not a full body haircut — it's maintenance trimming that keeps your pet clean and comfortable between full styling sessions. Included in Signature Care and Complete Pampering.

Do you guarantee the outcome of the session?

We guarantee our groomers are trained, use the right products, and treat your pet with care throughout. We don't guarantee a specific aesthetic outcome in advance — coat condition, matting level, and breed variation affect what's achievable in one session. We'll tell you upfront if we think a second session is needed to reach a goal rather than rushing through it. If you're unhappy with a specific part of the result, message us and we'll make it right.
