Manage your data & rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have specific rights over your personal data. This page tells you what those rights are and how to exercise them. A self-serve toolkit (in-app export, erasure, and consent toggles) is coming soon — for now, every request is handled by our Grievance Officer.

Your rights

  • Access

    Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you, the purposes we use it for, and which processors have received it.

  • Correction & updating

    Ask us to fix anything that's inaccurate or out of date — name spelling, phone number, address, pet profile.

  • Erasure

    Ask us to delete your data when the purpose is complete or when you've withdrawn consent. We may retain a minimal record if there's an active dispute or legal obligation (e.g., tax records).

  • Withdraw consent

    For any consent you've given (marketing, behavioural analytics, personalised reminders). Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew, and doesn't apply to purposes that don't rely on consent (e.g., tax records, active bookings).

  • Grievance redressal

    Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (Pranay Panwar). We will respond within 30 days.

  • Nominate

    You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf if you become incapacitated. Contact us to set up a nomination.

How to exercise a right

Send an email to our Grievance Officer from the phone number or email registered with us. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We may ask you to confirm your phone number via OTP before fulfilling the request — that protects you from someone else acting on your data.

If your concern is not resolved within 30 days, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
