The general terms governing your use of the All Tails website and our doorstep grooming service.

By using the All Tails website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.


1. The service

All Tails provides at-home pet grooming and related services in the cities listed at /pet-grooming. Service availability depends on:

  • Your city falling within a serviced area
  • Available time slots on the chosen date
  • Your pet's profile (breed, weight, temperament) being compatible with our service standards
  • Operational capacity on the day

We are a doorstep service. We do not operate a walk-in salon and we do not operate grooming vans or any other form of mobile salon. All grooming is performed inside your home, on a surface and in a space that you provide. You agree to make available reasonable working space, a power outlet, and access to clean running water for the duration of the visit. If the conditions at the address are unsuitable for safe grooming, we may pause or terminate the visit under the Acceptable Use clause in §5.


2. Bookings

When you book, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your pet, address, and contact details
  • Be present at the service location during the booked slot (or have an adult representative present)
  • Provide reasonable working space and access to water and a power outlet
  • Inform us of any aggressive behaviour, medical conditions, or known triggers in advance
  • Pay the agreed amount at the time and method confirmed during booking

A booking is confirmed only when we send a confirmation message to your registered phone number.


3. Pricing and payment

Prices for each service tier are displayed during booking and may change over time without notice (existing confirmed bookings are honoured at the booked price).

Payment options:

  • Pay now: online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
  • Pay after service: cash or UPI to the groomer at the end of the session

If you choose Pay now, your payment is processed by Razorpay directly; we do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.


4. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds

See our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for the specifics. In brief:

  • You can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before the slot start.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a ₹250 late-cancellation fee.
  • If you ask us to stop a session that has already started (mid-session cancellation), the full booking amount may be charged.
  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay for online payments. For cash-paid bookings, our team will collect your bank or UPI details and initiate a manual transfer — see Refund Policy §3.

5. Acceptable use of the service

We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or terminate a booking if:

  • The pet poses a safety risk to our team
  • The location is unsafe or unsuitable for the service
  • Payment is not completed as agreed
  • The customer behaves abusively toward our team

In such cases we may charge a reasonable cancellation fee where work was already started or trip costs were incurred.


6. Pet care and limitations

Our groomers are trained but we are not veterinary professionals. Grooming is a service, not medical care.

  • If your pet shows signs of medical distress, we will pause and recommend you consult a vet.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions revealed during grooming (skin issues, ticks, etc.).
  • Outcomes such as coat texture, mat-removal level, and stylistic finish depend on the pet's coat condition; we'll always try to match your expectations but can't guarantee identical outcomes to reference photos.

7. Customer-uploaded media and QA records

Media you upload — when you upload photos or videos of your pet, your home, or styling references, you confirm:

  • You have the right to upload these (they're yours, or you have permission)
  • We may use these only for service preparation, quality assurance, and dispute resolution
  • We will not publish them publicly without your explicit permission
  • You can request deletion via our Privacy & Data Rights page

QA records we generate during the service — to make sure every visit meets our service standard, our team logs each Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) step (dress-check, sanitisation, oil, shampoo, finish, clean-up), captures supporting media at certain steps, and a reviewer may add quality-assurance notes after the booking. By using the service, you agree that we may:

  • Capture before/after photos or short videos of your pet during the service
  • Log SOP step-completion timestamps and the team member who performed each step
  • Attach internal QA notes, ratings, and dispute-resolution outcomes to the booking
  • Retain those records as set out in our Privacy Policy §7

QA records are used strictly for internal service-quality monitoring, safety auditing, dispute resolution, and coaching of our own team. They are not shared with external parties except where required by law or to resolve a dispute you have raised. You can request a copy or deletion of QA records attached to your bookings via the Privacy & Data Rights page.


8. Data processing

Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. By using the service you acknowledge that policy.

If you have a concern about how your data is handled, contact our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy §11).


9. Intellectual property

The All Tails brand, website, content, and software are owned by Petsie Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. You may use them only as needed to interact with the service. You may not scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission.


10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law:

  • We make no warranties beyond those required by Indian consumer law.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to a booking is capped at the amount you paid for that booking.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The current version is always on this page. Material changes will be notified by WhatsApp or email.


12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram.

Before going to court, we ask that you raise the issue with our Grievance Officer; we'll try to resolve it within 30 days.
