These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the All Tails website, booking flow, and related services.

Service Scope

All Tails provides at-home pet grooming and related service coordination in supported locations. Service availability may depend on city, date, slot capacity, pet profile, and operational coverage.

Booking Accuracy

Customers should provide accurate contact, pet, service, and location details at the time of booking. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect confirmation, scheduling, or service delivery.

Scheduling and Team Assignment

Slot confirmation depends on operational availability. All Tails may assign or reassign teams based on area coverage, schedule constraints, quality requirements, or service conditions.

Safety and Service Conditions

Customers are expected to disclose any relevant pet behaviour, medical sensitivities, aggression risks, skin issues, or special handling needs before service. All Tails may pause, modify, or refuse service if safety concerns arise.

Payments

Some bookings may require online payment while others may allow pay-after-service. A booking remains subject to the payment terms selected at the time of checkout.

For prepaid bookings, payment completion may be required before the booking is fully confirmed. If a payment window expires, the hold may be released.

Photos, Notes, and SOP Records

Operational notes, styling references, service photos, or service-delivery media may be used for quality control, service execution, and support resolution.

Reschedules, Delays, and Cancellations

Reschedules and cancellations are subject to slot availability, service stage, payment status, and applicable policy. Same-day changes may not always be possible.

Loyalty and Offers

Loyalty rewards, coupons, campaign offers, and promotional benefits may be subject to eligibility rules, service restrictions, city availability, and operational validation.

All Tails may modify or withdraw promotional programmes where misuse, abuse, or operational inconsistency is detected.

Limitation of Service

All Tails aims to provide careful and professional service, but results may vary based on coat condition, pet temperament, handling tolerance, grooming history, and styling feasibility.
